Don’t let staying at home fool you into thinking you can’t get active! There’s still so many ways to get movement in around the home!
To join in on the fun all you have to do is sign up to Active April at www.activeapril.vic.gov.au or download the app and join our team using the Team ID: wellah
Now all you have to do is log your activities for a chance to WIN! Using the Active April App is a great way to keep track of your movement. It's also fun to see what everyone else is up to.
From getting in a full home workout to walking to the shops, everything counts!
We will be announcing weekly winners and have an Active April MVP at the end of the month!
