Wellah Women - Aboriginal Women's Health and Happiness Project (Ngarrimili)
Wellah Women is coming to the Northern Suburbs!
We are coming together for 8 weeks in a safe space to get healthier and happier! Our Wellah Women are in for amazing guest speakers, opportunities to get their hands on some Clothing the Gap merch, awesome workouts and most importantly, the chance to hangout and empower fellow sistergirls!
Once you've registered for Wellah Women, we continue to support participants on our closed Facebook group. It's a safe space to start sharing recipes and inspiration, ask any questions you may have and to cheer each other on.
You can find the Facebook group here, but to help you out, it looks like this:
Where we have been!
Ngarrimili went West Side!
In October 2018 we launched our first Aboriginal Women's health & well-being project in Melton!
We came together for 8 weeks in a safe space to get healthier and happier! We heard from so many amazing speakers and finished up every session with a fun workout!
What our Deadly Melton Sistas had to say about Ngarrimili!
'Ngarrimili' is a Wadawurrung word meaning 'to dance'! And dance we did at our Ngarrimilli graduation in week 8. We partied with our Melton Sistas and celebrated how amazing these women had been throughout the program each and every single week!
We were honoured to have The Merindas bring the sassy powerful energy to really hit our graduation off!
